This will be a follow-up webinar to the brilliant article “Insights into Accounting Education in a COVID-19 World” written by Professor Greg Stoner , with Professor Alan Sangster and Professor Barbara Flood, which has been phenomenally successful for almost 30 years. thousand downloads. He was awarded the TLC Award for Outstanding Research in Accounting Education for 2021 by the American Accounting Association (AAA).

 

In this webinar, the authors of contributions related to Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile and Mexico, this article on COVID-19 published in Accounting Education* will be panelists, together with professor Greg Stoner.

 

Before this crisis extends, we will reflect on the following questions: What are our experiences? What have we learned?

 

We invite you to join this debate, designed to reflect on our experiences. The session will have an innovative format called Pecha-Kucha ( https://www.pechakucha.com/ ), with each panelist sharing their views. Next, a direct reflection will be made on the shared experience of PK. In this reflection, questions from the public and the answers from the panelists will be followed for approximately one hour. We will conclude the panel with a round of final observations lasting approximately 30 minutes. In other words, we expect the total duration of the event to be 2h40min.
